It uses the most modern equipment and also has a dry-aged-ripening chamber.
We know our farmers, which provide us with the cattles, for years. Short distances reduce the stress – good for the meat, good for your enjoyment.
Our specialty besides fresh meat products are traditionally boiled, spicy, lean and delicate different kind of ham.
Everything is made with passion. Of course, all our products are free of lactose, gluten and preservatives
Dry-aged-beef:
Dry aging is the traditional way of meat processing and we want to bring this ripening process back to life.
The results are dry-aged-beef, as well as juicy and tender steaks with concentrated flavor of the meat. A dream for pan and grill!
We are the first ones using this kind of facility, not only in South Tyrol, but throughout Italy.
