Si percorre la valle sul lato sinistro del rio Zigole, fino a deviare a sinistra, su terreno più ripido, per entrare nella bella Val di Tasca (o 'Tas - Cia' ). Sulla destra, chiuso in basso da una fascia rocciosa che si supera alzandosi sulla sinistra, si apre il canale che porta al Passo delle Cirelle (2683m). Da questo si sale lungo l'ampia dorsale che permette di raggiungere, sci ai piedi, la panoramica cima Cadine (2885m).
