Food and wine
Eat healthy organic food- this is our motto
At the Berghotel we have decided to do away with convenience and processed food. There is no such thing as fast food in a mountain hotel. For this reason we only use ingredients which have a natural flavour which have been processed as little as possible and which are not genetically modified. And in order to achieve this objective we support local farmers and produce and regional cooking, and prepare our dishes using traditional recipes.
Let yourself be won over by our cooking which combines the best of mountain flavours with light, Mediterranean dishes accompanied by an excellent selection of fine wines.
Our chefs are passionate food lovers. Herbs and fresh vegetables, milk, cheese, and meat – most of which is produced locally in the Sesto Valley.
Our cooking is a mixture of Mediterranean and Tyrolean, rooted in the mountains but with so many influences from classic Italian and Mediterranean cooking. We use healthy, high quality ingredients – which of course don't come cheaply!
