Cosy lookout with a view of Lake Uri.
The Gottertli lookout, high above Brunnen, affords a sweeping view of several cantons and Alpine valleys. It not only encompasses the mountains of the canton of Schwyz, such as Fronalpstock, Mythen and Mt. Rigi but also offers a stunning vista of Lake Uri and the majestic Uri Alps. This very special spot even captivates Swiss visitors and local hikers. The lookout can be reached via the Brunnen-Urmiberg aerial cable car, followed by a short hike to Gottertli. It can also be accessed via the Gätterli Pass.
