The Dos Capèl Geotrail is a walk of medium difficulty for children and families. Passo Feudo (reachable from Predazzo with cablecar + chairlift) is the start of the Dos Capèl Geotrail, a circular 2 hours walk of 3.5 km with a height gain of 268m.
The walk is suitable for families and children (up to 2 years they will need to be taken in a baby carrier backpack), it’s sunny and has beautiful views.
The best way to do the Dos Capèl Geotrail and discover the geology of these mountains is by using the clues and puzzles in the gamebook (you can buy it at the Passo Feudo mountain hut). You’ll need to be observant, and have a good memory and spirit of adventure.
The Dos Capèl Geotrail is a themed walk with interactive stations curated by MUSE–Trento Science Museum and the Predazzo Geological Museum of the Dolomites.

Public transport
The public bus which connects Predazzo to Val di Fassa stops at the Latemar MontagnAnimata lifts.
In summer, a slow train runs several times a day from Predazzo to the lifts.
By road
From Cavalese you first drive towards Predazzo and then towards Moena and Val di Fassa.
The Latemar MontagnAnimata lifts are on the outskirts of Predazzo on your right hand side.
