Langsteinhof enjoys a sunny spot at 700 m above sea level. A wide variety of apple varieties, such as Golden Delicious, Gala, Baya Marisa (red-fleshed variety) or Mairac, as well as the old 'Palabirne' pear variety are produced in accordance with organic criteria. These are elaborated at the farm to crisp dried fruits and refreshing juices.
Products
On the Langsteinhof farm you can buy naturally cloudy apple juice (0,2 l, 0,25 l, 0,75 l, 3 l) and dried fruit (apple, pear), 30 g each; the products may be bought loose.

Fruit in all shapes and sizes from South Tyrol are dried and transformed into a healthy and tasty snack. A delicate drying process intensifies the taste of the fruit and apples and pears are treated in accordance with integrated organic farming norms. All dried fruit bearing the 'Red Rooster' trademark is wholesome, nutritious and full of vitamins.
Coming from Meran, turn off right after Goldrain and drive up Tisserweg to the farm (follow signs to Appartment Langstein).
