Der Winklhof in Prad am Stilfserjoch bietet neben Kartoffeln, Speck und Würsten nun auch Brotspezialitäten.

Der Winklhof in Prad am Stilfserjoch war bis zum Jahre 2008 ein traditioneller Hofbetrieb mit Viehhaltung und Milchwirtschaft. Dann entschied sich Alois Burger auch Getreide anzubauen und daraus Brot zu backen. Diese Idee hat sich als äußerst positiv erwiesen. Heute gibt es im Hofladen des Winklhof neben Kartoffeln, Speck und Würsten auch Weizen-, Roggen- und Dinkelbrot zu erwerben.

Getting there

Von Meran kommend gleich bei Spondinig nach Prad abbiegen. Der Geraden bis zur Dorfeinfahrt von Prad folgen und nach 100 m links in die Silberstraße abbiegen. 50 m nach der ersten Kreuzung liegt rechts der Hof.
