Since 1857 the butchery for tradition & quality in San Candido.

Under the leadership of Gottfried Leiter, the butchery Senfter has been the meeting point for connoisseurs in the centre of San Candido for 20 years.
After an extensive renovation in 2011, with the accompanying design of the Senfter's Platzl, the Butcher's shop Senfter with its Cafè Bistro offers everything the heart desires: from local quality meat and homemade sausages to typical regional specialties.
In order to always offer its customers the best and to maintain the local supply cycles, the Butcher's shop Senfter attaches great importance to a cooperation with local farmers and small producers.
Gourmets will love the assortment, a variety of carefully selected and high quality products from South Tyrol and meat exclusively from species-appropriate farming in the nearby surroundings are offered, as well as typical products from other Italian regions.
