"Besides the production of meat, Erhard Paris can be found on his farm in the Ultental valley mainly in his weaving workshop. Fascinated as a child by the natural materials the forest has to offer, he learned his craft in various courses and the passion has never left him. He skilfully handcrafts beautiful individual products from rods and twigs. Whether baskets, bags, lanterns or bowls - every single piece is lovingly produced. The farmer is also happy to pass on his knowledge to interested people in courses.
