Eat and drink with pleasure. Our kitchen team is creating light and tasty dishes made mainly from regional products. Along we provide a large wine list with local and international wines.

We serve high-quality drinks and food. We serve familiar ski lodge classics, which are mainly prepared with local products. When the sun is shining, our Alpetta front cooking tempts you with fresh, daily changing dishes.

Unser Küchenchef Andreas Fuster und sein Team kreieren täglich neue Gerichte aus dem Alpenraum, neu interpretiert und immer frisch. In unseren Restaurants nehmen wir Dich mit auf eine grenzüberschreitende Reise durch die Bergregionen Europas. Dabei kommen viele regionaltypische Spezialitäten aus überlieferten Rezepten auf den Tisch. Die Gerichte schmecken nicht nur köstlich, sondern stehen auch für einen bewussten Umgang mit Ressourcen und der Umwelt. Wir kochen mit frischen, natürlichen und gesunden Zutaten, vorwiegend aus regionalen Produkten und legen Wert auf schonende Zubereitung.

The Hotel Süsom-Givè in Tschierv was built in 1935 and is a family-run business, already in the 3rd generation. Thanks to its good location, the hotel is an optimal starting point for hikes in the Swiss National Park Val Nüglia, mountain hikes/climbing on the local mountain Piz Daint, beautiful motorcycle, bicycle and bike tours and it also serves as a pleasant stopover for trips to South Tyrol.

Mountain beer products made from 100% Swiss ingredients, certified with the Mountain and Bio Suisse label. We "live" Swissness and pursue this philosophy without compromise. 

After your visit to the museum, you are welcome to our bistro for an aperitif until your table is prepared.

Pastizaria Café Cantieni stands for fresh products made from local ingredients. Here you can expect a rich assortment of special breads, pastries, fine patisserie and our traditional nut cake.

Enjoy authentic Thai kitchen at our modern designed Asian restaurant Nam Thai in Scuol. We offer take-away as well.
