For your wellbeing
Food and wine
Our philosophy is living in tune with nature. Christian, our chef and the son of the hotel owner, will almost only buy local produce to create his dishes taking care to keep the nutritional content and flavours. Christian's motto: Only the freshest ingredients and home-made food!
A perfect mix of international classic cooking, Italian traditional dishes, delicious Vital recipes and South Tyrolean delicacies like the ones grandma used to make. Combinations such as a fine speck with chives and mascarpone sandwiches, fine chocolate ravioli with pumpkin and raspberries from the Durster Hof di Parcines may often appear on our menus.
Each dish has its own spices
The flavour of hay from the Val Passiria added to a soup or roast, the fine scent of fresh basil from the hotel garden added to mozzarella: Christian loves to garnish his dishes with herbs and spices.
All our food is of course accompanied by a selection of premium wines.
Taking time to “do nothing” may sound like a strange idea but it is fundamental!
Working on this principle we have designed our wellness & beauty centre and made it into what it is. As a result there is an area devoted to relaxation and wellbeing in the true sense of the word. It isn’t the kingdom with Greek goddesses and Roman Venuses, but a place that embraces the fundamental elements and knowledge of traditional alpine treatments using active ingredients from the mountains: natural total wellbeing is the focus of our activity.
Take a look at the wide range of offers:
- Finnish sauna
- Turkish bath infused with precious eucalyptus-salt
- Infra-red warmth cubicle
- Face and body treatments
- Different types of massages
- Vitalis baths
- Indoor and outdoor pool
