The kitchen
Thedl pampers the palate from A to Z, from aperitif to sweetened dessert. But let's start all over again: the Siemr aperitif with blueberries and mint makes things go great and raises the bar, so to speak. No problem for homemade first courses, such as tagliatelle with Venosta bread or herbs or potato dumplings with beets. Conquer with regional products, always fresh and incredibly aromatic.
The taste experience continues with the main dishes. Here you can choose between fish from Val Passiria and veal, beef, venison and pork. For those who are just a bit peckish there are also crispy Thedl salads, tasty soups or cold appetizers, such as beef tartar or smoked venison carpaccio. The desserts are the perfect finishing touch with chocolate, fruit or cheese.

The owners
Mother and son, two generations, a team. Rosmarie and Günther, owners of the Hotel Botango, Thedl restaurant and SEM pizzeria in Tel, share a love of tradition and the courage to change. They are of the opinion that you don't just go out to eat, but that you go out to gather experiences and create unforgettable moments. The gastronomic duo do full justice to this statement. Günther as a wine specialist and Rosmarie with her talent for decorating in style make everything possible. At Thedl every guest feels at home!
