Hiking in Ortisei (St. Ulrich)
The valley Grödental offers a great amount of choice regarding the numerous beautiful hikes, many of which start from the village St. Ulrich. Starting here, you can easily walk through the surrounding mountains both in short or in longer hikes. The tour via the high path of Raschötz is very much liked but it is quite long and you will profit from a good preparation. You can also choose to follow the more family friendly variant, using the chair lift Raschötz to then walk to the peak of the Außerraschötz. Another tour that starts from St. Ulrich brings you to the very famous Seiser Alm. From Raschötz you can also walk across the pass Broglessattel to St. Magdalena in the valley Villnöss. This hike is accompanied by an incredibly beautiful view of the Geislerspitzen.
