Directions
From St Christina (1426 m) take the funicular railway up to Col Raiser (2100 m, inns), then take track 4 eastward which leads slightly downhill and, after around 20 minutes, reaches Regensburger Hütte (a large shelter, 2039 m); then up via track 2 / 3 and at the second fork follow track 3 leading steeply uphill to a point just underneath Roa-Scharte (2616 m), take the marked path on the right across a rubbled slope to reach the rocks, then on the short and fairly easy roped section up to Nivessattel (Sela Nives, 2737 m); turn left on to a clearly recognizable path leading over a broad ridge up to the summit cross (2909 m, 3 hrs. from Col Raiser).
Descent: Follow the ascent route down to Nivessattel, but then don't turn right but left on to a marked track across the south ridge offering an easy walk down to track 2 where you take a sharp right turn, at first across rubble slopes then along a short ridge (helped by some fixed ropes) gently down to Sielesscharte (Furcela Forces de Sieles, 2505 m), then again right along track 2 leading downhill over steep rubble and finally rejoin the ascent route down to the starting point (a descent from Regensburger Hütte to the valley station of the Col Raiser railway is also possible; just over 1 hr.).
