Escursione senza salite brusche e tratti esposti che porta alla cima della Val di Non da dove si dominano la Val d'Adige e la Val Venosta, Bolzano e Merano.

Anello impegnativo ed interessante con alcuni tratti attrezzati per raggiungere il Macaion.  Challenging and interesting loop with some aided sections to reach Macaion.

Anello che parte da Località Matschatsch. Si segue l'Alta Via di Appiano e la salita (difficile) alla Forcolana prima ed al Monte Penegal poi. Si scende prima a Passo Mendola e poi si rientra al punto di partenza. Ring that starts from Matschatsch. Follow the Alta Via di Appiano and the (difficult) climb to the Forcolana first and then to Monte Penegal. One goes down to Passo Mendola first and then return to the starting point.

GIro per esperti con salita da San'Apollonia fino al Monte del Cambio, camminata in quota fino al Lago di Tret e ritorno per la discesa vicino al Monte Macaion.  Trekking for experts with ascent from San'Apollonia to Monte del Cambio, hike up to Lake Tret and return for the descent near Monte Macaion.

Salita dal sentiero 536 e discesa dal sentiero 7.

Si parte da Buchwald e si sale prima alla malga Pfaunboden (dove si trova una fontanella) e poi si raggiunge la parte più difficile della salita con l'ingresso nella valletta finale. Si sale a zig-zag fino ad una scala (da usare solo se attrezzati) oppure un passaggio alternativo in una stretta gola. Dopo questo punto con una ultima rampa si raggiunge la forcella e poi, in breve, la cima del Bergner Kreuz (con un bel panorama su Bolzano). Si ritorna per un sentiero non segnato fino al sentiero che scenda al Buchwald dalla baita del Principe. One starts from Buchwald and climbs first to the Pfaunboden house (where there it is a fountain) and then reaching the most difficult part of the climb with the entry into the final valley. You climb in a zig-zag up to a ladder (to use only if equipped) or an alternative passage in a narrow gorge. After this point with a last ramp you reach the "forcella piccola" and then, briefly, the top of the Bergner Kreuz (with a beautiful panorama on Bolzano). One return through an unmarked path up to the trail that descends to the Buchwald from the Prince's hut.

Von Gaid zum Gandkofel und zurück über die grosse Scharte und den Eppaner Höhenweg

Vom Parkplatz in Tret beim Gasthof Scoiattolo zuerst auf der Forststraße, später auf vereistem Steig hinauf zum Felixer Weiher (Tretsee) und weiter zum Gantkofel. Rückweg wie Hinweg.
