A quite demanding tour, requiring stamina and cycling experience, especially on the “Mirnockriesen” Trail. Route: Start Lake Afritzersee / southeast shore – cycle past the campsites – up the forest road to Wieseralm – from the way leads downhill on the Mirnockriesen - Trail T19 (Caution: it is very steep) - down to Erlach – turn right back towards Lake Afritzersee.  Single Trail T19 " Mirnockriesentrail " A single trail , very demaning (S2-3), - very steep sections, sometimes loose , stony underground mixed with root passages from. Kurze Radtour vom Südufer über einen stillen Teich zu einer Berg-Kirche. Ein kurzer Anstieg zu einem kleinen Eintausender-Gipfel ist bei der Tour inklusive. Die Tour ist auch bei trüber Witterung oder nach Regen machbar, da die Forststraße rasch abtrocknet.
