When you are on your bike around Grindelwald, you will always have the impressive triumvirate of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau in view. Especially on a tour up the popular Kleine Scheidegg you have a great view of the mighty Eiger north face. On the medium-difficulty route, forest paths alternate with steep passages and tight bends. You can also complete parts of the route comfortably with the well-known cogwheel railway to the Jungfraujoch. A real challenge is the Grütsch Trail on the Grütschalp. The freeride trail covers around 600 metres of altitude and is peppered with demanding flow sections that guarantee you riding fun.

The Disentis Sedrun region in the canton of Graubünden has transformed itself from a pure hiking area into a popular mountain bike destination. In addition to the 300 km network of spectacular routes, bike parks and bike-friendly accommodation in the rustic villages await you here. One of the most spectacular tours in the region is the Best of Disentis Sedrun with a total ascent of 1960 metres. No wish is left unfulfilled on the 53.3 km long loop: Action-packed trails alternate with quiet valley roads, reservoirs worth seeing and two cable car rides. In between there are various places to stop if you need a break from your mountain bike.
The tour from Tschamut to Disentis is much easier and suitable for families. The almost 17 km run mainly on less demanding, wide paths. In Selva you cross the Rhine and shortly afterwards pass the bathing lake Lag da Claus. At the Catrina Skills Park in Disentis you can prepare yourself for the mountain bike tours.
