Home-made cakes, ‘Krapfen’ pastries and ‘Strauben’ funnel cake. In spring, chicory salad, dishes with wild herbs, home-made tagliatelle with lamb ragout. In autumn, barley soup, pumpkin soup, ‘Schlutzer’ spinach ravioli, ‘Kartoffelteigtaschen’ potato ravioli filled with cheese, meat cuts, spare ribs, ‘Erdäpfelblattlen’ potato fritters.
