The old farmhouse at Tarres, near Malles, dates back to the 1600’s and was used as a farm until recently. However, around ten years ago, a magical inn was created inside the barn and the farmhouse walls, the Remo Restaurant & Pizzeria. The owner is Mr Remo Sanson, who has therefore made his dream come true and is now able to share it with his guests! Inside, the buildings’ walls are old and decorated with care, while outside there is an idyllic garden: it is a place with a pleasant, welcoming ambience where you will receive a service worthy of the best restaurants. It’s worth a visit!
Opening hours: everyday, closed on Thursdays!
Restaurant: 12pm-2pm and 6pm-9.30pm
Pizzeria: 12pm-2pm and 5.30pm-11pm
The chef is also busy at the wood oven, where he skilfully prepares the best pizzas, even without gluten. Every dish on the menu is tempting and will win over even the most refined palates! The dishes, exquisitely prepared and decorated with fresh, high-quality ingredients, will enchant your palate. Accompanied by the best wines and the restaurant’s special ambience, every meal at Remo is a unique culinary experience.
On sunny days, the carefully-laid garden in a traditional style is the perfect place to spend pleasant hours; different brands of beers are served here, as well as other drinks. Behind the farmhouse, guests can meet llamas, goats and pigs. There is a mini zoo where children will be able to stroke the animals: a real treat for children!
Whoever wishes can borrow a coal barbeque and get comfortable in the garden! The restaurant offers many services, but especially delicious food, hospitality and a very special, comfortable environment!

At the Remo Restaurant & Pizzeria, the menu offers a wide selection of various delicious dishes. Of course you can always opt for a tasty crispy pizza, backed in a wood oven. This is the place for classic Italian cuisine. In addition, seasonal, Italian and traditional dishes will enchant your palate. Mediterranean fish as well as meat dishes are accompanied by the selection of wines from the cellar, while desserts with a divine flavour complete the meal perfectly.
The manager, as well as being the pizza chef has won fourth place in the Italian Championship!
The interiors of the Remo Restaurant are furnished with particular care and with comfort in mind. The decorations have a nostalgic feel that brings visitors back in time. The cosy stube, traditional lounges in a South Tyrolean style, the old cellar and the bright dining rooms create a feeling of wellbeing, offering guests plenty of space to socialise and enjoy delicious foods.
In summer, the shady rustic garden is transformed into a real oasis of relaxation. You can sit at wooden tables under umbrellas and trees to enjoy a refreshing drink, while children enjoy themselves and make friends with the animals in the little zoo beside the farmhouse.
