Ingredients for 4 people: 1/4 milk, 100 -150 g flour, salt, 8 eggs, butter, oil, 2 apples
Preparation: Mix milk and flour, add salt and mix quickly. Add eggs and mix again. Preheat the pan, melt some oil and butter and add dough. Cut the apples into dices and roll the dough. Bake until golden and turn over on the other side. Cut into pieces and serve.
