Rableid hut homemade bread

The smell of freshly baked bread. Can there be anything better?

Ingredients for 15 loaves:
½ rye flour and ½  organic rye flour, 100g flour, ½-¾ L water, 1 tbs salt, trigonella, 1 tbs cumin, 1 tbs fennel, yeast

Add flour and the spices, adding lukewarm water and yeast and work into a soft dough. Leave for 1-2 hours in a dry place. Roll the dough, form traditional bread shapes and bake at 210° for around 20-30 minutes.

If some bread is left over, set some slices aside and eat with homemade soup bread and sausage.
