Haashof Kaiserschmarren

Easy and delightful. Kaiserschmarren: a staple dish on every menu worth its salt.

Ingredients for 1 person:
2 tbs flour
100ml milk
pinch of salt
2 eggs from the Hut

Preparation:
Mix flour, milk, salt and yolks until you obtain a smooth dough, whisk the whites into stiff peaks and add them to the dough. Melt some butter in a pan, add the dough and cook on a mid-high flame on the stove, turn it over, brown it, cut it , add icing sugar or caster sugar and serve with red berry marmalade 

Alternatives: an excellent Kaiserschmarrn can also be served with blackcurrant apple or other fruit marmalades
