GranoArt salad

A delicious recipe from the Waldbichl restaurant in Verano.

Ingredients for 4 people:
100g GranoArt cereal mix
80g carrots
80g leek
40g celery
1 tbs chives
20ml red wine vinegar
60ml olive oil
salt, pepper

Preparation:
Soak the GranoArt mix in 400ml of water the evening before. Slowly boil the mix for about 40 minutes in non-salted water. Sieve and cool. Dice the vegetable and boil. Mix the chives with the vegetables and cereal. Dress the salad with the aforementioned ingredients.

Our tip: 
Serve with eggs or with South Tyrolean Speck.
