Preparation: Mix all ingredients until you obtain a smooth dough, set by side and prepare the filling. Finely cut the 10 apples, add the grated lemon peel, sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, rum and mix well. Roll half of the dough on baking paper and roll it out, put half of the apple filling on the dough and carefully close the strudel. Do the same with the second strudel. DO NOT brush the strudel with whisked eggs. Preheat the oven at 170°C and bake for one hour.
