A simple, traditional South Tyrolean dish. It never disappoints.
Ingredients for 4 people:
Boiled potatoes, cooked, lean beef, roast sauce
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, cut the beef into big strips, big as the potatoes. Warm up in a pan and roast the potatoes.
Add the sliced meat just before the potatoes are ready and keep on roasting. Add some roast sauce at the end to spice things up.
Use the same preparation as for the canederli, boiled and cut into pieces, instead of potatoes.
