A classic Swiss chalet with the charm of the 60s. Rustic and exclusive furnishings , contemporary complemented and modernized. Children are especially welcome and up to 2 dogs are allowed (see AGB). Our small country house at 1123m above sea level is located on a large meadow and faces south. The skis are already strapped on the property and then you are virtually already on the slopes! Free view over Flims and mountain panorama. A large enclosed garden, so that no dog gets lost and of course a safe place for children to build igloos or play soccer... No 5 minutes to the bakery and the village, so you can spend your vacation without a car. Living space of 120m² and room for 5 adults plus small crib (on request). Ski and hobby room in the basement. On the ground floor kitchen and dining area, living room and balcony, bathroom and separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed and a room with single bed or recamiere.

- As an option linen package (bedding, towels) 27,- CHF/ person can be booked - firewood (box at 16,- CHF) - final cleaning 160,- CHF - additional charges for dog 7,- CHF/ day (1 big or max. 2 small ones) Note: cats are not allowed! see AGB - garbage bags (of the municipality Flims each 3,00 CHF) - deposit in BAR on the spot 350,- CHF - visitor's tax -inclusive- So that it remains so homely in our house, it is incumbent on the tenants to treat it with care. The next tenant should have it just as nice and accordingly something like this must be specified in a regulation, which is part of the rental agreement. In dealing with the rental property, our own terms and conditions apply. The keeping of dogs in the house is also explicitly regulated there. If necessary, house rules apply.

By road

Coming from Chur, follow the A13 motorway to San Bernardino. At exit 18, drive in the direction of Reichenau/Disentis/Mustér/Ilanz/Flims. Turn right before the Flims-Laax bypass tunnel and follow the signs to Flims. When you see the post office + bus station on the left side of the road, you are in Flims Dorf. Follow the road for approx. 260m until you see the Herrmann butcher's shop on the left. Turn right into Vitg Grond and turn left at the next intersection. Follow this road (Plaz) for approx. 120m, passing the parish hall on the right and also passing the Cavigilli restaurant on the right into Via Fischeisch. Take the first turning on the left into La Gassa and follow the road for approx. 220m. Before the crossroads Via Cangina, the holiday home is on the right side of the road.
