At Residence Zirmer, just above Castelrotto, guests will really feel at ease in this accommodation which is lovingly run by a family. The Residence, rich in style, is surrounded by woods and pastures and is located in a peaceful position, making this an ideal place to spend a holiday away from the stress and frenzy of daily life.
Whether in summer or in winter, the nearby Alpe di Siusi offers many recreational activities for those who love to be active. Numerous excursions and bicycle tours go up to the plateaus in summer, and during the cold seasons of the year the alp is a first class winter paradise.
The Profanter family thoughtfully take care of their guests’ wellbeing and are happy to offer suggestions and advice on how to plan their free time. At the Residence there are many cosy spots to rest and relax.
The sunny garden in particular is an idyllic oasis, where a play area gives children a chance to enjoy themselves and the adults a chance to relax. Inside the building there is a traditional lounge decorated in pine, the communal area which is a perfect place to spend pleasant hours with others. Cooking courses and felt craft workshops also take place in the lounge, organised by the host family.
On the farm there are cats, chickens, horses and mountain sheep, which is very exciting for younger guests. The welcoming holiday apartments, which are furnished in a modern style, have been designed for guests’ wellbeing and to offer them maximum comfort. If guests wish, they can request fresh bread in the morning for breakfast, to begin their day with fresh products from the farm.
There is even a relaxation area for guests which has a steam bath, sauna and infrared cabin. During energetic treatments or lessons on the Five Tibetan Rites, the body, spirit and mind are once again in harmony with each other. Prana treatments are also offered, which, together with meditation, help you to let go completely. And so, a holiday at Residence Zirmer offers a lot of variety.
