The 4.5-room apartment is located in a detached house in Luzeiner Unterdorf, near the church. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the converted gaden (former stable). Covered arbor with dining table, lounge and deck chairs is exclusively available for guests. Child-friendly garden and covered garden sitting area can be shared. The apartment is heated by central heating (oil heating).

Older, but lovingly maintained accommodation to rest, ideal location also for excursions in different directions (Davos, Engadine, Grisons). In winter, after a short drive, various ski resorts, winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are available. In summer you will find an outdoor swimming pool with a large forest playground in Pany. With the Pany guest card you benefit from various discounts (e.g. free entrance to the swimming pool, 50% discount on daily and weekly tickets for the ski lift Pany, free use of the PostBus line Schiers - St. Antönien and Küblis - St. Antönien). In the immediate vicinity is a good restaurant.

Shopping possibilities: Küblis (5 minutes by car), Pany (8 minutes by car). Post bus stop right next to the house. Parking spaces also next to the house.

By road

Freeway direction Chur, exit Landquart, direction Klosters Davos, exit Küblis, at the beginning of the village turn left direction Luzein / Pany / St. Antönien. Through Luzein, turn right just before the big bend, it is the 1st house on the right, near the church. Check-in: from 16.00 (or by arrangement) Check-out: until 10.00 (or by arrangement).
