Vacation home with 2 apartments in Curaglia. Balconys with wonderful view, located in a side road only 5 walking minutes away from the postbus station and the grocery store. The house was built in 1980 and is continuously updated on the newest biological construction principles. Yard and parking are for shared use. Heating and warm water are provided through a solar collector plus from a automatic wood pellet heater.

Kitchen towels are included. The house was renovated with ecological and natural materials without toxines. The house has a solar and a wood pellet heater. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house. On request laundry washer and bad towels - will be charged locally.
