Set in the fabulous holiday resort of Foiana, near Lana, the Rafflerhof is surrounded by lush grazing land and a beautiful wide valley with its imposing mountains reaching up to the blue skies. At the Rattlerhof we offer delicious traditional dishes, warm hospitality and magnificent views of our surroundings.
The chefs at the Rafflerhof will treat our guests to the tasty specialties of South Tyrolean cuisine. Our menus feature exquisite South Tyrolean platters, flavoursome pasta dishes and scrumptious fried ravioli, as well as our popular spicy pork ribs. Throughout the year at Rafflerhof you will be enticed by our special culinary events such as our wild aromatic herbs week, or the traditional chestnut festival held in our cosy Stube – South Tyrolean-style lounge, or on the terrace with its fabulous views, or in our picturesque wine cellar. A divine home-made dessert is the perfect way to end your meal. In summer Lana is home to the "Long Thursday" festival and we have a stand at which we showcase our flavoursome gourmet food.
The Rafflerhof mountain hut in Foiana, near Lana, is open from spring to autumn, but is closed during the winter months.

HEARTY OR LIGHT DISHES
At the Rafflerhof our guests enjoy a unique culinary journey which takes them through the vibrant region of Alto Adige. Our menu is a perfect fusion of hearty, tasty dishes and more refined, light dishes. Our home-made specialties, served in the comfortable Stube – traditional-style lounge – or on the terrace which commands spectacular views of the Dolomites, are sure to delight all palates. Come and experience the unique taste of Alto Adige with our tantalizing South Tyrolean platters. Try the house specials, such as p&p: pasta and panzerotti, prepared with a variety of ingredients, including aromatic herbs, or our crispy pork ribs, or our tempting desserts. In the autumn we host various events in the traditional cellar, which is the perfect place for the Törggele – the traditional chestnut harvest, where you will enjoy wonderful rustic dishes. Our home-made desserts are simply irresistible. There’s always some room for a delicious dessert at the end of an outstanding dining experience.
