Hikes in Comelico Superiore

Die zweite Etappe über den Karnischen Höhenweg bzw. Friedensweg ist nochmals weit und reich an Gipfeloptionen. Zunächst unschwierig, später deutlich alpiner führt der Weg aussichtsreich über alte Kriegswege von der Porzehütte zur Obstanzersee Hütte. Auf etwa halber Strecke lockt eine Rast an der Standschützenhütte.

02 – ESCURSIONE: CIMA COLESEI – CRESTON POPERA Itinerario in ambiente dolomitico, ad un passo dalle pareti verticali di alcune tra le principali vette dolomitiche. Molto vario con tratti che si sviluppano su comode sterrate alternati a salti rocciosi e cenge attrezzate.

This trail follows the route of the annual cattle drive from farms in Tyrol’s Gailtal valley up to the Alpine pastures at Obstans. Passing spectacular waterfalls at the head of the Winkler Tal valley, the route leads across flowering Alpine pastures, where many medicinal plants grow that are used by people and cattle, and up to the border with the Italian Province of Belluno on the main ridge of the Carnic Alps.

Der Weg bis zur Standschützenhütte ist unschwierig. Erst danach wird es alpiner, so zum Beispiel unter dem Kinigat oder der Abstieg von der Pfannspitze.

Schöne, einmalige Wanderung. Geheimtipp.

Eine sehr schöne Tour, die man auch bei nicht ganz optimalem Wetter machen kann. Auf der Nemes Hütte gibt's ein hervorragendes Hirschgulasch mit Speckknödeln und Preiselbeeren und einen fantastischen Apfelstrudel - alles selbst gemacht! Auf der Rinfreddo Alm kann man leckeren Käse kaufen!
