With the cable car to the Alpe di Siusi
Car traffic to the Alpe di Siusi is heavily regulated, the road is closed every day from 9:00 to 17:00. During the rest of the time the number of cars is limited. The preferred means of transport to the Alpe di Siusi is the Alpe di Siusi cable car. The valley station is in Siusi allo Sciliar. The cable car takes about 20 minutes to take you to the top station in Compatsch, which is around 1,800 metres above sea level. Thanks to the long summer operation from May to the beginning of November and long operating times, the cable car is also ideal for an active holiday in autumn.

The best way to reach the Alpe di Siusi is with the Alpe di Siusi cable car from Siusi allo Sciliar. The cable car is in operation in summer from mid-May to the beginning of November At the valley station of the Alpe di Siusi cable car there are plenty of free parking spaces or a multi-storey car park (hourly rate: € 0.40, max. € 3.00 per day) where you can leave your car for several days.Getting there
