Granbaita Gourmet

The Granbaita Restaurant invites you to discover the secrets of Italian cuisine, to enjoy the traditional dishes of the Alto Adige region, as well as a wide range of international dishes. Guests can choose between a five-course dinner and an à la carte menu, which offers a wide range of dishes. Additionally a buffet including salads, fresh vegetables and a choice of hors d'oeuvres are available.

Guests who like to watch their weight without missing out on our culinary delights may prefer to choose from our lighter Vital-Menu. And your culinary adventure is completed by our extensive list of fine wines.

The restaurant's wine cellar offers more than five hundred fine wines: our sommelier will help you to select the most suitable wine for your dinner from Alto Adige and the rest of Italy as well as international labels.

If you preferto spend the evening in a more intimate setting and enjoy an atmosphere of refinement, gourmet cuisine and local traditions, you can reserve a table at the Granbaita Gourmet Restaurant.

In the reserved seven-table dining-room, surrounded by splendid panoramic windows, our chef Andrea Moccia and his staff will present you with a unique menu, based on carefully studied and a modern interpreted traditional flavours from the Trentino-Alto Adige and accompanied by finest wines.
