Schon seit vielen Jahren verwöhnt Küchenchef und Restaurantbesitzer Roland Unterholzner zusammen mit seinem langjährigen Küchenteam unsere Gäste mit kulinarischer Vielfalt. Genießen Sie die hervorragende Mischung von traditioneller Südtiroler Kochkunst und mediterraner Leichtigkeit. Natürlich werden bodenständige einheimische Produkte in unserem Betrieb bevorzugt behandelt. Nur frische und qualitativ hochwertige Produkte finden den Weg in unsere Küche. Das Restaurant ist von Mitte März bis Anfang November geöffnet.
