The Restaurant Schmied in Scena combines Mediterranean and South Tyrolean cuisine with daily fresh products and creates real works of art, which are not only beautiful to look at, but are also an unforgettable experience for the palate. The young, modern restaurant has been open since May 2017 and since then has been spoiling its guests with delicious delicacies on creatively and innovatively decorated plates.
The menu of the Restaurant Schmied varies every month and in summer it is the fresh produce from the restaurant's own vegetable and herb garden that is most convincing. But also the seasonal dishes created in spring and autumn, such as homemade mushroom dumplings or truffle tagliatelle, the Mediterranean fish specialities and sinfully delicious dessert combinations of white chocolate, nougat or pear are not to be overlooked! Exclusive drinks and exciting cocktails with or without alcohol make an evening in the Restaurant Schmied something very special!
The open, light-flooded restaurant as well as the pleasant sun terrace provide for a comfortable atmosphere when sitting together with acquaintances, friends and family. The stylish colours and patterns add to the restaurant's very own, noble character.
