Buschenschank Pirchhof

The farm "Pirchhof" is situated on the Mount Sole by Naturno directly at the Alta via di Merano and it offers a unique view over the Val Venosta. Far away from everyday life, you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean delicacies, mainly of own production, on the sun terrace or inside. The own farming provides the meat for goat and beef roasts and the tasty Kaminwurzen, the house salami and the "Bündnerfleisch". The herb dumplings with lots of spicy herbs from the garden taste good with it. And of course there are also homemade juices, sweet regional specialities such as snow milk, doughnuts and of course delicious strudel.

Kitchen & Cellar

Speck, bresaola, smoked sausage, house sausage, roast lamb, roast beef, roast pork, goatmeat with potatoes and vegetables from garden, herb dumplings, cheese dumplings. If ordered in advance ‘Schneemilch’ (creamy dessert made from bread, apples and cinnamon) and ‘Schnalser Nudel’ (fried dish made from rye flour and cream cheese). Afterwards the Müller family will treat you to poppy seed or chestnut fritters. In addition juices made from elderflower, raspberry and blackcurrant, plus daily fresh buttermilk.
