The old, former vicarage of Trin shines in new splendor. The house was rebuilt with great taste and attention to detail in a beautiful restaurant with a lot of ambience.
Lucia Monn, the soul of the house serves the unique culinary creations of her partner Corsin Pally. They have been a rehearsed team for years now and hosts with heart and passion.

Local specialities from Graubünden with a special note, with international flair, part classic and part well-known, part variied or self-created are promising culinary highlights. Combinations that astonish- even the spoilt ones will be surprised and delighted. Of course all ingredients are fresh with no exception, great quality and home-made. Be excited to visit a Gourmet restaurant that has been awarded with 15 Gault-Millau-Points.

Since May 7th 2009, every food-lover has good reason to detour the tunnel in Trin because from this date on, the former parsonage in Trin has opened its doors as an amazing restaurant with lots of ambiance, having been renovated with lots of taste and love to detail.

Casa Alva is divided into different inviting rooms with a comfortable vibe. It has a bright and friendly air; the reading corner allows you to escape from the hustle and bustle of the day.
