The Steidlerhof farm looks down on the city of Bolzano, enjoying wonderful panoramic views from the Rosengarten mountain to the Mendel mountain ridge. Nestling amid the gently sloping St. Magdalena vineyards, the guests will experience real rural hospitality within lovingly restored walls and recharge your batteries on the sunny terrace.

Kitchen & Cellar
Speck, smoked sausage, cheese, spare ribs with roast potatoes, omelettes, apple strudel and cakes. On request: sour soup, goulash soup, speck, spinach, cheese and liver dumplings, sour beef, potato cakes with Sauerkraut. In spring asparagus. In autumn meat cuts and house sausage with cabbage. Juices: apple, elderflower, peppermint – pineapple.
The 2020 Muskaris is very fruity and characteristic in fragrance. The 2020 St. Magdalener has a characteristic almond and raspberry fragrance, with a delicately bitter finish completing the picture. The 2018 Lagrein Riserva is a rustic, characteristic and still youthful wine with its classic Lagrein properties being complemented by a delicate yet distinctly coffee-like woody note from the barrel. a wine with excellent maturing potential.

PKW:Mit dem Auto: Von Bozen Zentrum Richtung Ritten. In Rentsch links Richtung Obermagdalena abbiegen und ca. 800 m hoch fahren. Zu Fuß: Von Bozen über die Oswaldpromenade und Weg Nr. 6 (ca. 40 Min.).
