The restaurant of the Seehotel Sparer in Appiano is a historic establishment with good South Tyrolean cuisine. But also as a lover of light Mediterranean cuisine you are in the right place!
The kitchen team creates refined dishes with a wide variety of fresh and local products that satisfy not only the palate but also the eyes. On themed evenings you will be pampered with Überetscher specialities or special fish menus. For culinary delights, you can have an aperitif on the lake pier or in the garden - a unique experience, especially on warm, atmospheric summer evenings. An inviting 5-course menu awaits you afterwards. Enjoy one of the excellent South Tyrolean wines, which will turn your evening into a party. But it is not only the gastronomic pleasure that is at the centre of attention: readings and concerts also take place here.
In the afternoon, the outdoor bar invites you to take a break: fresh ice cream specialities, homemade cakes and a cup of coffee are twice as delicious with a view of the lake!
