At the entrance, designed in a contemporary style, guests can try one of the 1,000 wines from the varied selection, before entering the oldest Stube in Bolzano. In the neo-gothic Stube of 1543, where you can admire frescos and a liberty-style ceramic heater, guests breathe in the smell of history.
Or maybe the smell comes from the floor above? The worn stone stairs with a wooden bannister lead guests into two rooms. In between little balconies and a ceramic heater, guests can also look at the Chef's kitchen where various delicacies bubble away that will enchant your palate.
