The Bamboo restaurant is located in the centre of Bolzano - therefore it is easily reachable on foot or by public transport. For those arriving by car, there are plenty of parking spaces in the vicinity. Either way, the Asian restaurant is perfect for taking a break during a stroll through the city or for treating yourself to delicious sushi during your lunch break.
First-class taste is a priority at the Bamboo restaurant. Twice a day, the sushi restaurant receives a delivery of high-quality, fresh fish from Italy. The rest of the food is also of regional origin and of the best quality.
Not only beautiful, but also incredibly good sushi rolls and typical Asian specialities such as tempura or spicy soups and salads are created from these ingredients.
The choice of sushi is excellent. Maki, nigiri and sashimi in small portions, medium or large sushi boxes to share with friends, gluten-free appetisers or a combination of everything?
