The historic wine cellar of the Pinzonerkeller, which has been converted into a local delicatessen restaurant, surprises not only with its inviting and well-equipped, rustic yet refined restaurant: Located in the medieval village centre of Montagna, this typical restaurant is a real pearl in the South Tyrolean lowlands.
The grill is the heart of the kitchen and serves as a source of inspiration for delicious specialities such as fillets or ribs of beef with vegetables, chicken legs or even grilled desserts. For grilling, the staff only use beech and oak wood to give the dishes an authentic aroma.
The chef also pays special attention to the ingredients used and, together with his team of experts, combines fresh and high-quality products to create original and creative dishes. In order to guarantee freshness and quality, the preference is for kilometer 0 organic products. The strengths of the cuisine are without doubt meat specialities, seasonal dishes and the varied wine list, which spoils you with regional and European wines.
