The interior design at the Tschötsch Alm is very stylish. The parlour is 100-years old and comfortable, and the bright bar area of the cottage is characterised by a mix of tradition and modernity. In front of the hut a few tables are available outdoors, here you can sit down and enjoy delicious – both traditional or modern - food as well as fantastic views. Hosts place great emphasis on the use of South Tyrolean produce and seasonal ingredients, according to the zero kilometer principle. Most products come either from their own farm in San Ovaldo or from nearby farms. There are wines from the Tschötsch farm production.

A sunrise breakfast or a sociable hut evening are organized on pre-order. Featuring fine style!
In Castelrotto the Jaider host family runs the Inn at Tschötsch, a cozy, lovingly run property, a farm restaurant with a rustic farm museum. Guests are pampered all around.
A visit to the Tschötsch Alm is quaint, cozy and genuine!

Welcome to the Tschötsch Alm Hut on the Puflatsch, on the Alpe di Siusi.

Home cooking

It tastes delicious! Food is homemade at the Tschötsch Alm as much as possible. Typical South Tyrolean farmers' cuisine is prepared at the cottage with a lot of love, and some delicious new creations are created. Many products come from our own garden or from our own farm – thus, freshness at the Tschötsch Alm is guaranteed! A herb risotto, spicy cheese and bacon, homemade ravioli, and above all fluffy pancakes – everything at the Tschötsch Alm tastes delicious!

Culinary delicacies!

Inside and outside

Whether one is sitting in the spacious bright parlour at the Tschötsch Alm on cold winter days or is setting off for an outdoors trip on sunny days, the hut is warm and friendly. The wood-paneled interior creates a very pleasant atmosphere and provides warmth, while on the terrace the fantastic panorama on the Alpe di Siusi is especially enchanting. Further, a number of sun deck chairs are provided for the guests!

Nice corners to sit down and relax!
