The Rossalm mountain hut, on the Bressanone mountain house, the Plose, is open all year round. The Rossalm hut, on the Plose at 2,200 metres above sea level is a place where guests can relax with flavour. The kitchen is a delicacy laboratory. From the traditional pork shin to the tasty Rossalm gnocchi, mushroom bavette, homemade Alto Adige mezzelune with butter and parmigiano, the Rossalm knows how to treat its hungry guests. A tiramisu, an Apfelstrudel with vanilla cream or a torta di grano with blueberries and whipped cream complete a large variety of flavours. Werner, the sommelier of the Rossalm hut, recommends and spoils guests with noble wines from the large wine cellar.
