There are many hiking possibilities along the recommended trips that wind all the way up to the summit. The most notable summits are Picco Ivigna, the Punta Cervina and Monte Catino. The well-known E5 path goes from Obersdorf, passes the Meraner Hütte haven and ends up in Venice.
From Falzeben. Val Passiria or Val Sarentino, the AVS Meraner haven is always an ideal choice, whether it’s for rest, overnight stay or hikes in the summer. The haven also acts as a hut to warm up in the winter months. Whether it’s the summer or the winter, guests in the haven can always gaze out over a remarkable panorama of the Merano mountains.

Guests feel at ease the minute they arrive. The Meraner haven, with rustic-style bedrooms and furnished in larch-wood, offers space for 60 guests. The Meraner haven can even entertain children in many ways. A large playground with a seesaw and slide will amuse kids for hours.
